OnSet Labs maintains a strict policy against testing certain substances:
Illegal Substances: We do not test for illegal drugs such as cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, and others. Any samples suspected of containing such substances will be reported to and handed over to the appropriate local authorities.
Environmental Samples: At present, we do not offer testing services for water quality or the detection of heavy metal contaminants within samples.

Yes, based on the service you select and the product being tested, you will receive one of the following:
- A Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
- A detailed lab report
- A basic verification statement
Each of these documents provides insight into the results of your testing.
At this time, we are only accepting registered businesses as clients.
However, we plan to expand our services to individual clients in 2025.

Upon receipt of your sample, we guarantee to deliver the lab results within 3 business days.
For instance, if your sample arrives on a Monday, you can expect to have the results by Thursday at the latest.
